𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵!

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 63 s. 1992, the month of October is declared as the Local Government Month, the second week of October as the Local Government Week, and the 𝟭𝟬𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 as the 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆.

This observation recognizes the local government units as partners of the national government in the attainment of national goals.
