Following the launch of the PhilHealth Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) last July 25, 2025, PhilHealth is actively transitioning from the Konsulta to the PhilHealth YAKAP brand.

Phillealth YAKAP was developed as an evolution of the Konsultasyong Sulit at Tama (Konsulta) to fold in other primary and outpatient care initiatives of PhilHealth. It offers an expanded package of accessible health services, including medicines, check-ups and basic laboratory tests.

In this line, ALL PhilHealth Konsulta Package Providers are automatically accredited as YAKAP Clinic during this transition to ensure continued and uninterrupted delivery of primary care benefits to PhilHealth members.
