ANNOUNCEMENT:

This is to inform the public that the Provincial Government of Batangas, through the Provincial Treasurer's Office (PTO), is implementing the REAL PROPERTY TAX AMNESTY, in pursuant to Section 30 of Republic Act No. 12001 or the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

As provided, the real property tax amnesty shall cover penalties, surcharges, and interests from all unpaid real property taxes, including Special Education Fund, idle land tax, and other special levy taxes.

This is also being implemented in various local government units in Batangas through their Municipal Treasurer's Office (MTO).

PERIOD OF AVAILMENT IS UNTIL JULY 5, 2026.
