Balete Rhu and DOH personnel collaborated to conduct a Philpen Risk Assessment for residents aged 20 and above in Barangay Solis & Barangay Magapi aiming to identify lifestyle-related disease risks and provide tailored support for management, prevention, and control. By utilizing the Philpen risk assessment tool, the initiative seeks to empower individuals to make informed health decisions and take proactive measures to combat chronic illnesses, promoting community health and well-being through targeted interventions and public health awareness efforts.
